All watches are shipped daily via DHL Express, fully insured.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
If you pay by bank transfer, please note that funds may take 24 hours or longer to reach our account, depending on your bank.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Bare Watches bears full responsibility for the shipment until it has been delivered to you.
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Alternatively, you may return your watch in person at our location in Berlicum, The Netherlands.
Returned items must be in unused condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Bare Watches provides a 12-month warranty on all timepieces from the date stated on your invoice.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded from warranty:
Water damage
Rotating and push buttons (crowns, pushers)
Glass
Watch strap and clasp
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third parties is not covered by warranty.
